How is everyone’s Sunday today? We like ours to be lazy and staying at home! I got a lot of stuff done though around the house so far! Like cleaning out our dungeon of a closet! Its the middle of January and we are just now swapping our clothes out for winter time! We procrastinate really bad sometimes but who doesn’t? We are only human, right? Okay so lets get down to business……its pizza time!!
Pizza anytime is my kind of pizza! This is one of my older pictures because I thought it was so pretty! I made one today too but didn’t have time to take the final result picture because….um…well it was just to good. I must be a horrible food bloggie but their, I said it. Don’t judge okay, I was super cleaning our house today and that leaves me starving. Its a serious workout let me tell ya….
These semi mini pizzas are very popular in our house,. You can dress it up anyway you like and is ready in just five minutes! Which is really great when your raving the fridge and seeing what can get in your mouth the fastest…
Plus, I will be honest (like always…maybe a bit to much sometimes;)) I was so frustrated when I turned on our laptop! I had a 900 worded post that was fun and had pretty pictures…it was under wellness and I reviewed it like a million times….then my computer froze. I may have let the words”noooooooooo” escape my lips a little to loud at 10:00 at night. So I went to bed a bit miffed and hoped for the best in the morning. And I got nothing.
Well sometimes life gives you lemons (or crappy laptops) so lets make lemonade shall we?My lemonade consisted of working out my frustrations on the bathroom floor and then creating a super yummy pizza to share with you all! Yeah I say that’s some pretty good lemonade.
2 tortillas (homemade or store bought)
4 tablespoons of sauce (I used marinara but if you want to get creative try out barbecue or hot sauce as a base)
shredded carrots (don’t dis until you try it)
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper
Optional: sprinkle some dairy free or regular cheese on top. A lot of times I don’t top it because the flavor is all there!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Put in the “pizzas” after toppings are dispersed to your liking. Cook in oven for approximately 5 minutes to get a light crunch. 7 minutes if you are looking for crispy.
I hope you all are having wonderful pizza creations in your head for you and the rest of the family! Great for Friday family movie nights! And its really fun to get the little ones involved so everybody has their own “special” pizza:)
Till next time!
